Summary

Davis' art film dramatizes the story of her grandmother who as a young mother in Chicago in the 1920's becomes involved with gangsters such as Capone and Dillinger. Eventually she becomes an alcoholic, abandons her child and moves to northern Wisconsin where she opens a brothel and meets a mysterious death
